James Parker will be working with Marcus from Reload Physio again this week to talk technique and drills to get players match fit.

Don’t be the player that let the ball get away!!!! Let this session get you motivated to improve your game fitness.

No need to RSVP just rock up. The sessions are for players in Under 12s this year and above.

All players must have a responsible adult attend the session.
